1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and a45t Casino ("a45t", "we", "us", "our"), operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By accessing or using the a45t Casino website located at a45t.cam ("Website", "Platform", "Service"), creating an account, or participating in any gaming activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the a45t Casino platform and refrain from creating an account or engaging in any gaming activities.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account, access gaming services, or place real-money wagers on the a45t Casino platform. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming operations in the Philippines.

By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement. a45t Casino reserves the right to request proof of age at any time through Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. 2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

a45t Casino services are intended primarily for residents of the Philippines. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. We do not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.

It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. a45t Casino accepts no liability for any violations of local gambling laws by users accessing the platform from restricted territories.

2.3 Account Registration Process

To access real-money gaming services on a45t Casino, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your a45t Casino account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to immediately notify a45t Casino through our official customer support channels if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, security breach, or suspected fraudulent activity. Until such notification is received, you remain liable for all activities conducted through your account.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information provided during registration and maintained in your account profile remains accurate, current, and complete at all times. You are required to update your account information promptly if any changes occur, particularly contact details and payment information.

a45t Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information. We may also request updated documentation periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account with a45t Casino. Creating multiple accounts, whether for the purpose of bonus abuse, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason, is strictly prohibited. This restriction includes accounts created using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses.

If a45t Casino identifies that a user has created multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all related accounts, void any winnings, and confiscate any funds associated with duplicate accounts. Only the original account may be reinstated at our sole discretion.

3.4 Shared Device Usage

If you access a45t Casino from a shared computer or mobile device, you must ensure you fully log out of your account after each session. You remain responsible for all activities conducted through your account until proper logout procedures are completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

To participate in real-money gaming on a45t Casino, you must fund your account through one of our approved payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other supported Philippine financial institutions.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts or financial instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your VIP tier, payment method, and account verification status.

Deposited funds become available for gaming immediately upon successful processing. a45t Casino does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees which are beyond our control.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification procedures and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by a45t Casino management.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200). a45t Casino aims to process withdrawal requests within ten (10) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within four (4) hours for bank transfers during banking hours. Withdrawals requested during non-banking hours or on Philippine holidays may experience delays.

First-time withdrawal requests and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification and may take up to seventy-two (72) hours to process. Large withdrawal amounts may be paid in installments at the discretion of a45t Casino management.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

To prevent money laundering and comply with PAGCOR regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal eligibility is established. Players who deposit funds and attempt to withdraw without reasonable gaming activity may have withdrawals denied and be required to meet minimum wagering requirements.

Active bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will restrict withdrawal privileges until the bonus is either completed, forfeited, or expired. Withdrawal of funds will automatically forfeit any active bonus balance and associated pending winnings unless the bonus wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

4.4 Fees and Charges

a45t Casino does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, we reserve the right to charge administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests, same-day withdrawal reversals, or withdrawals to payment methods different from the original deposit method.

Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method processes transactions in currencies other than Philippine Pesos. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Promotional Offers

a45t Casino may offer various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback programs, and other incentives to players at our discretion. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotional page or communication.

Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the applicable bonus terms. If there is any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by a45t Casino are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is clearly displayed for each promotion and typically ranges from twenty (20) to forty (40) times the bonus amount.

Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe, usually thirty (30) days from bonus activation. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the allotted time will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and other game categories may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

Only one (1) active bonus may be held per account at any given time unless specifically stated otherwise. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash value. Bonus funds must be used in accordance with the specific promotion's terms and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Maximum bet limits apply when playing with bonus funds, typically not exceeding One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100) per spin or hand. Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus wagering requirements are active may void the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

a45t Casino strictly prohibits bonus abuse and promotional fraud. Activities considered bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated play with other users to guarantee profits, exploiting software vulnerabilities, irregular betting patterns, or any other activity designed to gain unfair advantage.

If a45t Casino determines that bonus abuse has occurred, we reserve the right to void all bonuses and winnings, close all related accounts, and pursue legal action if warranted. Funds deposited may be returned after deduction of any administrative costs.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on a45t Casino utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories including Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) and iTech Labs. This ensures that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by a45t Casino or any player.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available on the a45t Casino platform and represent theoretical long-term payout rates. Actual results in any individual gaming session may vary significantly from theoretical RTP due to the random nature of outcomes.

6.2 Game Rules and Malfunctions

You are responsible for understanding the rules and paytables of each game before placing wagers. Game rules, paytables, and help screens are accessible within each game interface. If you do not understand a game's rules, you should contact customer support before playing.

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical issue that affects game outcome or display, all affected bets and payouts shall be void. a45t Casino will investigate all reported malfunctions and resolve them in accordance with game provider policies and PAGCOR regulations.

If a game malfunction results in incorrect crediting or debiting of your account, a45t Casino reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting your account balance accordingly, regardless of whether this results in an increase or decrease in your balance.

6.3 Fair Play Policy

All players must engage in fair and honest play. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or software to place wagers
• Collusion with other players in multiplayer games
• Exploitation of software bugs or game vulnerabilities
• Use of any external assistance, software, or strategies designed to gain unfair advantage
• Reverse engineering or attempting to manipulate game software
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest activity

Violation of fair play policies will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and potential legal action. a45t Casino employs advanced fraud detection systems and manual reviews to identify suspicious betting patterns or irregular gameplay.

6.4 Disputes and Complaints

If you believe a game outcome is incorrect or wish to dispute any transaction or result, you must notify a45t Casino customer support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. All disputes must be submitted in writing with detailed information including date, time, game name, bet amount, and description of the issue.

a45t Casino will investigate all legitimate disputes and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Our decisions regarding game outcomes, interpretations of these Terms, or dispute resolutions are final and binding unless overturned by PAGCOR adjudication.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and other intellectual property on the a45t Casino platform are owned by or licensed to a45t Casino and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The a45t brand name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of a45t Casino. You may not use, reproduce, or display any of our trademarks without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the a45t Casino platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Download, copy, modify, or distribute any content from the platform
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the platform
• Create derivative works based on a45t Casino content
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform

Unauthorized use of a45t Casino intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in legal action.

8. Prohibited Activities

In addition to specific prohibitions stated elsewhere in these Terms, the following activities are strictly forbidden when using a45t Casino:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity theft, or money laundering
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other means to disguise your location or circumvent restrictions
• Abusing bonuses, promotions, or exploiting errors in the platform
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or disrupt the security or functionality of the platform
• Using offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language in customer communications
• Posting defamatory, false, or misleading statements about a45t Casino on social media or review platforms
• Any activity that violates Philippine law or international regulations

Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination, confiscation of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a45t Casino, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or profits
• Loss of data or account access
• Service interruptions or technical difficulties
• Errors in game software or outcomes
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any damages resulting from reliance on information provided on the platform

a45t Casino does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the platform. We are not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, third-party service failures, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

You acknowledge that online gambling involves inherent risk of financial loss and that a45t Casino is not responsible for your gaming decisions or outcomes. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your financial means.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six (6) month period preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.

10. Termination and Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your a45t Casino account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with our withdrawal procedures. Active bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

10.2 Suspension by a45t Casino

a45t Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicious or irregular betting patterns
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Suspected fraud, collusion, or illegal activity
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players
• Breach of responsible gaming limits or self-exclusion agreements
• Regulatory or legal requirements

Upon account termination, your access to the platform will be immediately revoked. Any remaining balance may be returned after deduction of applicable fees, charges, or amounts owed to a45t Casino, subject to investigation and verification.

10.3 Consequences of Termination

If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, a45t Casino may withhold any remaining balance and void any pending or completed transactions. You remain liable for any amounts owed to a45t Casino prior to termination.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the a45t Casino platform. Any attempt to circumvent an account suspension or termination by creating a new account will result in permanent exclusion from all a45t Casino services.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or use of a45t Casino services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

11.2 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding a45t Casino services, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team at [email protected] with detailed information about the issue.

We will investigate all legitimate complaints and respond within fourteen (14) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team for further review.

11.3 PAGCOR Adjudication

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with a45t Casino, you may file a formal complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as the regulatory authority governing our operations. PAGCOR's decision in any dispute shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.4 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support, management review, or PAGCOR adjudication may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines.

12. Changes to Terms

a45t Casino reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through prominent notice on the platform, email notification to registered users, or through other reasonable means.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of a45t Casino following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

If you do not agree to any modification of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms to stay informed of any updates.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any translation into other languages, the English version shall prevail.
